Minkler announced today the sentencing of an Indianapolis man for defrauding Medicare, Medicaid and Anthem Blue Cross as well as identity theft. Ronald Reed, 47, of Indianapolis was sentenced by U. S. District Judge Jane Magnus-Stinson to 46 months in federal prison.
